GK’s Custom Polishing, Inc. offers climate controlled storage for automobiles, boats, jet skis, RVs and motorcycles. We have been in the business of storing your most prized possessions since 2000 and this is just what we do! We have the cleanest, best kept, newest, most service oriented and well lit facilities anywhere around. Our prices include all the below storage services at NO ADDITIONAL COST to you. These storage services are designed to maintain your stored item until it is removed from storage. GK’s Custom Polishing, Inc. offers climate-controlled storage for automobiles, boats, jet skis, RVs and motorcycles. We are in the business of making all of the above items look like new and know the value you place on them. This being said, we perform all of the following services on every stored item at no additional cost to you. These storage services will save you hundreds or thousands of repair dollars in the future.
- Full-time Storage Managers help with customer’s requests.
- We carry garage keepers insurance.
- Battery is tendered throughout storage stay (all boat and RV batteries are tendered as well).
- Batteries are monitored on a regular basis by our storage team. If we notice a battery is going bad or has gone bad, we will notify customer and can replace battery for a charge.
- Autos & motorcycles are covered and protected with either your cover or ours.
- Cushion mats are put under all tires to prevent flat-spotting.
- Tire pressures are checked and adjusted.
- Facilities have state-of-the-art DVR monitored camera systems & fully monitored security systems.
- Climate controlled facilities help prevent electrical and mechanical damage during winter months.
- Full documentation of item is taken at drop off.
- Separate climate controlled wash bay/work area for your use (independent of our storage facilities).
- Back-up heating system should the facilities ever lose power.
- Full time detailing and transporting departments.
- Additional services for your storage item are available through our other service divisions: Full Service Car Detailing, Jet Ski and Boat Detailing, Additional Boat Services, Motorcycle and RV Detailing.
Specific to boat storage:
- 5 business days’ required to pull trailered boats from storage. Usually, we can prepare your boat for pick-up faster than this, except for peak times of the year.
- (October – June only) GK’s will pull your trailered boat two times from storage at no charge. Each pull after this is $100.
- The release of blocked boats must be scheduled at least 10 business days’ prior to release. If GK’s Custom Polishing, Inc.’s transport division is transporting your boat, that will be scheduled based off the availability of their schedule. In peak times of the year (spring and fall), GK’s boat transport division can be scheduled out over a month. Please plan in advance.
- Discounted rates available for yearly agreements.
- Fuel stabilizer is added.
- All boat customers that select detailing services will have their boat covered in plastic after detailing has been performed. Otherwise, there will be a $100 charge to cover a boat in plastic.
- All boats are blocked and unblocked as needed. All boat stands and blocks are included in price.

Specific to auto storage:
- We can prepare your vehicle for pick-up usually faster than what is listed, except for peak times of the year.
- All vehicles over 18’ in length are classified as oversized vehicles. The following additional charges will be added to oversized vehicles: additional $150.00 per 6 month agreement to any package selected and an additional $30.00 per month to any monthly plan selected.
- Washer fluid is added to all autos before leaving.
- (October – June only) GK’s will pull your vehicle two times from storage. Each pull after this is $100.
- Discounted rates available for long term storage and customers with multiple vehicles.

- 2 business days’ notice for GK’s to pull your vehicle
- Reservation is desired, but vehicle can be dropped off whenever at no additional cost
- Vehicle is stored at one of GK’s main onsite facilities
- 15% discount on any of GK’s services
SUMMER TRAILER STORAGE
GK’s offers indoor or outdoor storage for your boat trailer during the summer months. GK’s can also perform repairs (tire replacement, bearing replacement, light issues, electrical issues, etc.) on your trailer, if needed, during this time.
Indoor storage:
- Indoor storage helps to prevent against the following: sun damage to all plastic surfaces, rusting, dry rotting of tires, theft, oxidation of all painted / aluminum / metal surfaces and moisture problems. Service includes checking and adjusting all tire pressures before trailer leaves. Registration expiration can be checked by a simple phone call to us.
- $3.85 per month (per linear foot) for Indoor Temperature Controlled Trailer Storage
Outdoor storage:
- All trailers are stored in a gated area with 24 hour DVR cameras. Service includes checking and adjusting all tire pressures before trailer leaves. Registration expiration can be checked by a simple phone call to us.
- $2.25 per month (per linear foot) for Outdoor Gated and Locked Trailer Storage
