Climate Controlled Storage Reservation

  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION PERTAINING TO GK’S CLIMATE CONTROLLED STORAGE:
    • Please review ALL detailed information on our Storage page
    • A storage reservation at our facilities is not guaranteed until we receive this form fully filled out and also receive your paid deposit.
    • The approximate drop-off date listed below is to provide GK’s information on when you think you might want to drop-off. We would ask that you please contact GK’s at least 5 business days prior to wanting a scheduled drop-off appointment. GK’s has a capacity limit to how many storage items they can accept each day, so the earlier you call to schedule this appointment the better. If GK’s can’t accommodate your requested drop-off (or) pick-up date, due to previously scheduled appointments from other customers, we will schedule you for the next available opening.
    • Once you finish filling out the below form, this form is submitted to our Front Office Manager. Once our Front Office Manager receives the below form and reviews it, they will in turn email you a deposit invoice ($200). Please note that both motorcycles and single jet skis are invoiced for the full amount of their storage, which will serve as their reservation. This deposit invoice can be paid for by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover or AMEX) right through the email. GK’s must receive both this above form and the deposit invoice paid prior to GK’s reserving you a storage space.
    • If for some reason you no longer need a storage reservation, $100 of your $200 deposit will be refunded.
    • All areas MUST be filled out on this form to reserve a space.
    • If you are storing multiple items, please fill out 1 form for each item.
    • Each storage drop off takes GK’s about 15-20 minutes to process and includes: reviewing the items included within the storage package you selected, reviewing services desired, signing of storage agreement (if not already performed), taking pictures of your item, installing a dash sign, payment for storage, gathering copies / receipts for you, tagging your keys, possibly meeting with our storage manager / detailing service manager and any other items that come up during the drop off process.
    • All GK’s storage is calculated on a monthly basis. GK’s does not provide daily or weekly storage rates.
    • GK’s offers its customers a 5-day grace period (for inclement weather) after the ending date of your storage expiration.
