Shipping Policy
We only ship UPS fixed ground shipping. Once the order is received, you will receive an email confirming your order. We will ship your item(s) promptly, once payment has been processed.
Estimated Delivery Times
You can usually expect to receive your item(s) within 2-3 business days. If you are located in the Western United States, expect 3-5 business days.
Shipping Rates
Ohio orders:
- 1 – 2 items: $17.50
- 3 – 5 items: $20.00
- Over 5 items: We will call with the price before shipping
Out of state orders:
- 1 – 2 items: $20.00
- 3 – 5 items: $25.00
- Over 5 items: We will call with the price before shipping.
Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with the results of the natural stone product(s) you have purchased, we will reimburse you for the full amount (including shipping cost).
Return Exceptions
- Must be returned no later than 30 days after purchase.
- Returned item must contain at least 75% of the product to receive a full refund.
Return Methods
Should you need to make a return to us, there are two methods you may choose from:
- Shipping back to GK’s: Send it back to GK’s! We will take care of the shipping cost. Processing will occur as soon as the item(s) are received. Refund or exchange is expected within 2-3* business days.
- Direct Return at GK’s: If you would not like to wait for a return or exchange to be processed, you are also able to return the item to our offices. We will happily return or exchange any item(s) you have purchased from GK’s here on-site.
