$20.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

• Conducts the layout, set up, preparation and production of all metal work.  Work to be performed using pistol grinders, pedestal grinders and die grinders along with other tools as necessary.
• Stripping, sanding, cleaning, grinding and polishing of various metals: cast iron, brass, stainless, copper, aluminum, bronze and chrome.
• Responsible for the acquisition and inventory of all supplies and materials.
• Manages calendar for assigned work.  Basic computer skills a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to work independently and organize work schedule daily, according to projects and their deadlines.
• Provide estimates to customers and then communicates with them in person, email and/or phone regarding projects.
• Perform samples for customers and obtain approvals.
• Must be organized and be able to keep a clean work area.
• Must be thorough, detailed and conscientious with a high degree of attention to detail and safety.
• Must be able to climb ladders, operate machinery and work on scaffolding (up to 15’ tall) when necessary.
• Restoration work is performed both onsite and offsite.
• Employee will need to drive company vehicles (trucks, vans, etc.).  Eventually a trailer might be needed – training would be provided.
• Employee must be able to pass a background check.

• HOURS: M-F: 7:00am / 8:00am – 5:00pm
• A 1-hour unpaid break is given each day for lunch.
• Hours per week range between 38 and 45.

• 20.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Automatic increase within the first 6 months if attendance requirements are met.
• Overtime is available at 1.5x your hourly rate.
