• Answering phones and talking to customers about questions they might have booking appointments and prospecting new customers. Transferring appropriate phone calls to each division at GK’s.
• Sending out all reminder postcards and/or emails for past work
• Being able to handle difficult situations with customers at times

• Reminder and follow-up phone calls to detailing and hard surface customers

• $19.00 an hour for the first 6 months
• After 6 months, a pay raise to $19.50 an hour
• After 1 year, a pay raise will be to $20.00 an hour

GK’s Custom Polishing, Inc. will provide the Front Office Coordinator with 10 workdays’ worth of paid PTO during the 1^st year at GK’s.  This amount increases after the 1^styear.

Hours to be worked would be as follows:

• This is a full-time position (Monday – Friday) from 8:00am – 5:00pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.
• This job is unique from the standpoint during the summer and winter there are reduced hours.  Reduced hours can result in either half days, late starts or leaving early for the day.
• Job will require individual to work 4-5 half Saturdays in the spring and 4-5 half Saturdays in the fall due to GK’s storage business.  Saturday hours are from 8:00am – 11:00am (or) 9:00am – 12noon.
• Spring and fall are the two busiest seasons for GK’s (May and June / October and November).  Some overtime hours will be needed during these months.
