Hard Surface Technician/Day Shift
OVERVIEW
- PAY: $18.00/hour with ability to earn $25+/hour.
- NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY – WE WILL TRAIN.
- REQUIREMENT: Valid Driver License, Background Check and the ability to lift upwards of 50 lbs.
- WORK SCOPE: cleaning, polishing, restoring granite countertops, marble showers, travertine floors, outdoor concrete, etc… usually in a residential setting. Great for those who like a variety in their responsibilities with different job locations daily. Employees drive company vehicles to job sites.
- HOURS: 40 hour work week. No Saturdays or Sundays.
- BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401-k w/company match, Paid Holidays and PTO.
- ADDITIONAL INFO: Multiple hires are needed due to growth of company. This is a year-round position. Company has never had a layoff in its history.
- WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Someone who appreciates steady work, consistent hours, ability to manage their time without being micro-managed, potential to make more money as skills are mastered, ability to fast track to a Head Technician position earning more money (usually within 6+ months), along with working for a company who provides training in a skilled trade that few companies offer.
